Meet the Founder

Neuroscientist by training, with expertise in Flavor Perception, I spent over 10 years in Innovation in the Food and Ingredient industry.  

Specific taste solutions for sugar and sodium reduction I contributed to discover and launch, are now integrating many well known Better-For-You Food & Beverage brands.

 

Setting up an Innovation ecosystem for my previous company gave me the opportunity to scout and interact with innovators and pioneers. It was an epiphany!  My entrepreneurship seed grew, together with the willingness to have a stronger impact in improving the way we relate to food and nutrition. 

In November 2014, T4H consulting was born. Our mission is to support promising initiatives across the “Food Value Chain”, ranging from raw material discovery/sourcing to consumer behavior, by empowering innovators with the indispensable technical and business tools to succeed. 

T4H customers include early stage companies, established FMCG industry as well as public sector. You can find more details about partnerships and projects here.

 

My experience has shown that a good understanding of Taste and Flavor perception goes a long way in improving food formulations and driving healthier food choices.
